We strive to ensure that every product we deliver is of the highest standard. However, we understand that there may be circumstances in which you may have concerns about your purchase. 

To provide clarity and fairness, we have established the following return policy for our digital business cards and other products:

1. Default Digital Business Cards:

- Default digital business cards, which are pre-designed and ready-to-use, are eligible for return or exchange within 10 days of receiving your order. 

- To be eligible for a return or exchange, the product must be in its original condition and packaging. 

- Return shipping costs for default digital business cards are the responsibility of the customer.

2. Custom Digital Business Cards: 

- Custom digital business cards, designed with personalized artwork or content, cannot be returned or exchanged. 

- We recommend reviewing your custom design carefully before finalizing your order to ensure accuracy and satisfaction.

3. Medical IDs And Tags: 

- Medical IDs and tags, including adhesive-backed versions, are not eligible for return or exchange due to their medical nature. 

- We take the utmost care to ensure the accuracy of the information provided on medical IDs and tags, and we recommend that you verify the information before placing an order.

4. Defective Or Damaged Products: 

 - In the rare event that your product arrives defective or damaged, please contact our customer support team within 2 days of receiving the order. 

 - We will work with you to provide a replacement or address any issues with the product as necessary. 

Please note:

- For all returns or exchanges, it is essential to contact our customer support team to initiate the process and obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number.

- Returns without a valid RA number will not be accepted.

- Shipping costs for returned products are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defect or damage.

- We recommend keeping your RA number and tracking information for reference.
